Policy Research
Do you have concerns about existing healthcare state or federal policy or proposed changes? Ron Luke has been active in the healthcare policy arena, having been appointed by former Texas Governor George W. Bush as an original member of the Texas Health Care Information Council, where he played a major role in the development of the Texas hospital discharge data system; and by Governor Rick Perry to the Texas Health and Human Services Council. He has also served as an advisor to committees of the Texas legislature on health insurance mandates and major revisions to the Worker's Compensation Act.
