RPC provides attorneys and their clients with litigation support
and expert witness services in healthcare litigation, personal
injury litigation and business litigation. We work closely with
attorneys to understand the issues in the case and to determine
what analysis within our areas of expertise will help the judge
or jury answer questions regarding liability and damages.

Dr. Luke and other RPC consultants have been accepted as experts
in federal and state courts and by administrative agencies. We are highly aware of the standards for admissible expert testimony and take care to document the data, assumptions and analytic procedures that form the basis for any opinions offered.

We view expert witness testimony as an opportunity to educate the judge and jury on the topics covered by our report. This requires experience and preparation to effectively communicate to an audience with a wide range of backgrounds. RPC can develop effective demonstrative exhibits as part of this education and communication process.

Healthcare Litigation

In addition to Certificate of Need work, we have participated in cases on behalf of hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, insurance carriers and government agencies to address a wide range of healthcare liability and damage issues.

Personal Injury Litigation

RPC provides life care plans, vocational analysis, and analysis of loss of earning capacity. We also provide medical records review and document management.

Business Litigation

Beyond health care, RPC has provided analysis in litigation support concerning companies in the chemical, petroleum, technology, automotive, waste management, water resources, nuclear power and real estate development industries.
