THA Hospital Survey Data

Texas law requires all licensed hospitals to submit aggregate financial, utilization, and other data each year to the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). This survey is a cooperative effort between DSHS, the American Hospital Association and the Texas Hospital Association. The data collected from this questionnaire is released in Q4 of the following year.

Reporting Hospitals

All state-licensed hospital in Texas must report the data on annual basis. The most recent year of survey data has information on more than 600 hospitals.
